If a student is unable to attend on the originally scheduled date for any reason, we remind you to submit the request as soon as possible.
We can help you arrange a course for free until the next time. It must match the original arrangement time of the design museum. This right is only reserved for two months and must be used within two months.
(Two months from the class date)
If a refund application is submitted one month before the class start date, 80% of the payment will be refunded; no refund will be given if it is submitted 14 days before the class start date.
If the course cannot be started due to the organizer's fault, the organizer will issue a full and unconditional refund.
