Most items in our collection are made to order. The estimated shipping time is visible on the desktop version of Pinkoi. Ready stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please anticipate a waiting period. Items priced over NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2,000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items without plating will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple purchases will be consolidated into minimalist packaging (items with boxes will still include them). However, variations may occur due to equipment and screen display differences, as well as light refraction that can alter a gemstone's appearance. 『Care Instructions』 1. For jewelry featuring gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 『Returns & Exchanges』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for items where the color or specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, plated or unplated) differ from the product description, or for any personalized custom orders such as engraving or ear clip modifications.
