A taste of Fukushima made by Asahiya, the only noodle manufacturer for Namie Yakisoba, which has been in business for 80 years. It's Fukushima's soul food that you won't find anywhere else, and you'll want to eat it even if you're away from Fukushima.
The extra-thick noodles, which are about three times as thick as normal noodles, are entwined with a rich and spicy original sauce. Namie's yakisoba has a simple taste that conveys the deliciousness of the ingredients.

A regional brand of food and crafts from Fukushima. For the first time in about 11 years since the earthquake, the ban on food imports from Taiwan has been lifted in Fukushima. We have prepared foods with a unique taste that can only be found in Fukushima. I named it "Fuku Ransho" by combining "Ransho" which means "If you don't mind" in the dialect of Fukushima and "Fuku" (Fuku) from Fukushima and Happiness.
