Quality inspection certificate
Quality inspections are carried out from all three points of view, "Safety inspection (confirmation of contact stimulation)" "Functionality inspection (confirmation of part dropout etc)" "Exterior inspection (discoloration, check of dirt etc.)". Both tests are shipped only in conformity with the quality standards. As a proof of this, "quality inspection certificate" is attached to every article.

We have issued a warranty card when you purchase accessories. For troubles that occurred during normal use, we will repair free of charge for three years from the date of issue of the warranty card.

All goods are in sleeve box as shown in the picture below. (Products of images are "Oshima no Shizuku")
Shipping product
Dispatch to Japan domestic will be sent by Japan Post "Click Post". Shipping to overseas will be sent by Japan Post 'International e Packet'. Designers will bear the packing shipping cost only for shipping with "Click post" and "International e Packet". If you wish to have a courier service (date designation) or EMS, we will charge a shipping cost separately.
