Completing an order signifies understanding and agreement with our shopping and return/exchange policies. 2. Orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent orders, please select courier delivery. 3. Delivery is limited to Taiwan's main island. No delivery service to outlying islands. 4. Due to convenience store size restrictions, orders of 3 or more pairs of shoes require courier delivery. 5. Most items are handmade and may have minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, small gaps, or seam irregularities. Handmade or technical marks (e.g., air bubbles, granules) that occur during production are not considered defects and generally do not affect normal use. 6. Shoes and bags are not recommended for full immersion washing (this applies to all brands). Cleaning after wear may result in marks and may not restore the item to its original condition. Clean by lightly brushing with a diluted neutral detergent and then wipe off the foam with a damp cloth and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may incur minor bumps or creases. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color due to different skin areas or seasonal changes, unlike artificial leather which has a uniform appearance. Wrinkles or color differences are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Due to manual measurement, a normal variation of 1-3 cm within international standards is expected. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization labels or logos) should not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges must be for new, unworn items with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including all accessories and intact tags. 2. Orders with promotional discounts (e.g., free shipping for spending over a certain amount, buy-more-save offers) cannot be partially returned. If partial returns are needed, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any issues or missing items upon receipt, a complete unboxing video is required to ensure mutual rights and facilitate returns, exchanges, or re-shipments. 4. Please use the original packaging (shoebox + outer box) for returns. Do not affix labels directly to the shoebox. Damage to the shoebox or authorization label due to improper packaging will incur a reconditioning fee of NT$100. 5. Failure to pick up orders shipped via convenience store pickup will be reflected in your review rating.
