Due to differences in **growing environment** and **sourcing location**, there will be variations in **grain and color**. 4/ Natural solid wood materials will undergo **varying degrees of color change** upon contact with **air and light**. Tighten screws until secure, avoiding over-tightening to prevent wood from cracking. **Solid Wood Care** - This product is made from furniture-grade solid wood with a natural wood oil finish. - To prevent deterioration, cracking, or mildew on the wood surface, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or humid environments. - For stains, gently wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with clean water, then dry with a dry cloth. Try to avoid touching the surface with damp hands. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed by Friday of the current week will be shipped the following Wednesday. Delays will occur during holidays. - Expedited orders require an additional 15% processing fee and prior contact. - For standard mail, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during daytime hours. If unsure, please choose an alternative shipping method. **Returns & Exchanges** - All items are **custom-made** and cannot be returned. Please contact us directly for exchanges. - As natural solid wood is used, variations in grain and color will occur due to different growing environments and sourcing locations. This is a natural phenomenon, not a defect, making each product unique. If you are concerned about these details, please inquire before placing your order. Returns or exchanges based on color differences will not be accepted. - You may visit our Taichung showroom or authorized dealers and display stores to view the product texture. - Natural solid wood materials will change color to varying degrees upon exposure to air and light. The shipping time will be re-evaluated after we receive the returned item. - A one-year warranty is provided, but damages caused by human factors are not covered. - All items undergo quality inspection before shipment. Overseas orders (including orders through international forwarding centers) are not eligible for returns. Understanding the importance of material consistency, especially for interior designers, we are now offering the following service: 1. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Shipping If you have specific color requirements, you can send us photos for our assessment. Once deemed feasible, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (limited to 20cm x 20cm or smaller). Upon receiving the sample, we will select solid wood pieces with similar colors and provide photographic confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are the customer's responsibility.) 2. Production Confirmation Process After confirmation, we will proceed with production. The solid wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. Return/Exchange Policy Regarding Color Differences If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations resulting from the natural characteristics of the material will no longer be grounds for returns or exchanges.
