1. The listed price is for one person. For two people, please place an order for quantity 2, and so on.
2. Pendant tags are available in circular and heart shapes, approximately 1.5mm in size. An additional charge of NT$300-600 applies for larger sizes.
3. Extending the length to create a necklace style requires an additional charge of NT$1800.
Our on-site instructors will provide guidance and assistance, so you don't need to worry about not being able to complete your piece.
The creation process includes: measuring dimensions, hand-stamping personalized text, forming rings, structural soldering, and polishing/finishing pendants.
The fee covers pure silver material costs, on-site guidance from our metalworking instructors, professional metalworking tools and equipment, a gift box, and a polishing cloth.

Please read the notes and cancellation/modification policy carefully before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to the following terms!
1. Course duration varies between 4-4.5 hours depending on the number of participants and design choice, subject to on-site conditions.
2. A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the course begins. Late arrivals will forfeit their experience qualification, and no entry, rescheduling, or refunds will be provided.
4. You may enter the venue 10 minutes prior to the start of the course to prepare.
5. Course materials are for one person's experience only. We do not accept two or more people sharing one set of materials.
6. If you need to reschedule, please inform us via message at least seven days before the course date. This allows for one date/time change only.
(If you reschedule, late arrival beyond the grace period or no-shows will result in forfeiture of entry, rescheduling, and refunds.)
7. If you wish to cancel a course for which payment has been completed and registration confirmed within seven days, you may transfer your spot to another participant. Please provide the name and contact information of the substitute attendee.
8. Companions, young children, pets, and infants are not permitted in the studio.
9. If you make a mistake or damage your work during the course due to personal oversight, you will need to purchase replacement materials to continue creating (silver material costs range from NT$300-500 depending on the design).
10. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, if the government announces suspension of work in Hsinchu County/City, the day's course will be postponed. The studio will contact you directly to arrange rescheduling.
11. Jin Ri Gong Shi - Metalworking Handcraft Studio is covered by Public Liability Insurance.
Refund Conditions:
If the course cannot proceed as originally scheduled:
Cancellation notified 7 days prior to the course date (excluding the course date) - 70% refund.
Cancellation notified on the day of the course to 7 days prior - No refund.
