Trimmed stems that are too short for the main arrangement can be placed in small glass vases or jars to be enjoyed separately. To extend the lifespan of your flowers, consider adding a flower food packet, a tiny amount of bleach (less than 1ml per 200ml of water), or a copper coin. ■ Placement Place your flowers in a cool, shaded spot, away from direct sunlight or air conditioner drafts, to help them last longer. ■ Order Modifications and Cancellations To change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. (Example: For a delivery scheduled for June 8th, please notify us by June 3rd, 12:00 PM). Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated, and refunds will not be issued. Please provide your message during checkout, and our team will handle the typesetting and design with professional care.
