Any fuzz or pilling that occurs from friction during use and carrying can be gently trimmed with scissors. 2. If the wool felt becomes wet, gently blot away excess water with a cloth and allow it to air dry naturally or use a fan to speed up the process. 3. To smooth out any surface fuzziness, you can lightly iron it on a low setting for a short time (do not over-iron, as it may scorch). Packaging: 1. The main body of the artwork is protected in a clear box to prevent damage or deformation during transit. It is then shipped in a plain outer cardboard box.
