Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, as is the silver. We collaborate with manufacturers for plating processes, utilizing both fine jewelry and industrial plating. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult with the designer before placing your order. Most items are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require an item sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or their capacity to expedite your order. Jewelry processed by our factory requires a longer lead time. Items processed by the factory include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$2000 can have a box added for an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items without plating will include a polishing cloth. 3.
