How to use (no water required):
1. Place the blade vertically at a 90-degree angle into the sharpener, hold the handle and sharpen it toward you (do not move back and forth)
2. Rough grinding: First use tungsten steel (black) to perform rough grinding 10 times
3. Fine grinding: Use ceramic (white) to fine grind 10 times
4. Grinding in order can make the blade look brand new
※ The number of sharpening times can be increased or decreased depending on the degree of bluntness and material of the knife. You can repeat the process 10 times as a base until it is sharp.
