**Recipe & flavour** **Recipe:** Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth well-balanced single-malt whisky from the Scottish Highlands. **Flavour:** Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The single-malt Scotch provides a complex back-flavour with a hint of peat and smoke, but it's subtle, not too strong, so that the full flavour of the fruits still comes through. **Presentation** Packaged in an elegant wooden gift box with hinged lid (all hand-made in England) which leaves a lovely keepsake and memory after the cake has been consumed. 155mm square and 90mm high. **Shelf Life & Storage** All our cakes are date-marked. Upon delivery, the cake will have a minimum 30 days shelf life remaining. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. Do not freeze. **Ingredients** All our cakes are hand-made in small batches and then packaged by hand. We will not compromise on the quality of our ingredients.
