🐻 Fluid Art figurines require one week to dry and have protective sealant applied after creation. You will be notified separately once they are ready for pickup at our studio.

【Important Notes】
◆ Once registration is successful, we regret that refunds cannot be provided for cancellations. You are welcome to find a replacement or reschedule.
(Rescheduling due to personal reasons requires a three-day advance notice and is limited to one modification.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or lateness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered forfeiture of the class, with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.
◆ In case of natural disasters meeting the government's announced standards for work and class suspension, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in the class, you agree to abide by the activity rules and notes.
◆ To participate in this class, please provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may prevent your participation.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform staff via private message or on-site, and special arrangements will be made.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to irrelevant third parties. Your personal data will be automatically deleted one month from the start date of the course. You may request to view, access, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, or request the cessation of collection, processing, use, or deletion of your personal data before this deletion period.
