To prevent cement dust from flaking off during use, the exterior of the product is coated with a transparent sealant. Due to the porous nature of cement and the structure of the sealant molecules, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cement is a fragile material. Please handle with care, as dropping or impact may cause the product to crack. 3. Products are made to order. Cement requires time to dry, followed by drying after the sealant is applied. Your patience is appreciated. (Drying time may also be affected by weather.) 4. The sealant is hand-applied, so each product will have slight variations. 5. Each product is handcrafted, ensuring a unique appearance. Please consider this before placing an order. Due to the varying states of cement formation, slight differences from the photographs are to be expected. 6. Bubbles are a natural occurrence during the pouring process and cannot be entirely eliminated. Their presence is considered normal and actually enhances the aesthetic of the cement. 7. During the pouring and drying stages, slight sinking of the surface may occur due to moisture evaporation. Consequently, the poured surface may not be as smooth or level as the mold surface. Please consider this before placing an order. (Typically, the poured surface is placed on the bottom or less visible/decorative areas of the product.) 8. Anti-slip pads are attached to the bottom of the products to prevent scratches on surfaces and provide stability. 9. The logo on some products is intricately carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with your desired text. 10. For products such as incense holders or ashtrays, residual marks from use are normal. Please exercise caution with open flames. 11.
