Beginning in 2018, Matsushima An started combining Cantonese slang, AV pornography, and street graffiti. He brought explicit and vulgar verses to life through graffiti on the streets, creating an entirely new art form. He has since been dubbed the "Modern Kowloon Emperor." His first solo exhibition in 2021, "Breaking the Seal," received unanimous acclaim, with every showing selling out. He has become a sought-after artist for collectors.
