==========
[Chapter], which was well received in crowdfunding in Japan, is now on sale.
==========
In 2020, there was a big change in the way we work.
Opportunities to move from our daily lives have decreased dramatically as we are forced to respond to remote work.
From home to work, project to project.
By losing the movement that we take for granted, I think there are fewer good “breaks” where you can come up with ideas and get hints.
We, Minokamo Chaho, have developed a new hot water only [chapter] for the remote work era so that you can incorporate the act of drinking Japanese tea as one of the new habits that bring a good “break” to your life and work scene.
Now that new ways of working have become established, we will start selling [Chapter] in the hope that we can contribute to more people's working hours.

What is CHAPTER
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
▶Drink one serving of sencha at your desk. I made the best shape for that action
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/952244b690d05e1638ae.jpg
Open the lid and pour hot water. Add tea leaves and steam. Take out the tea leaves and drink while enjoying the aroma.
We searched for the minimum elements that would allow this series of processes to flow smoothly, and what we arrived at was a structure that included a 'cup for measuring tea and a lid for placing tea leaves.'
▶Both new-age tool-likeness and standardity as hot water only
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/781d896b01229e833923.jpg
The two elements derived from functionality have been incorporated into a minimal appearance that blends in with any space, whether Japanese or Western.
When the lid is closed, as a tool for a new era. When you open the lid, it will be a hot water only that everyone has seen.
The two appearances make Japanese tea more familiar.
▶Even though it is a base, it does not get dirty and is sturdy, and you can measure the amount of hot water. Tajimijime that can be used for 100 years
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/749eb203b54e24b92c58.jpg
The high-temperature processing method "Tajimijime", which is the pride of Minokamo Chaho's partner "Maruasa Seitosho", has achieved sturdiness and resistance to stains even as it is.
In addition, there is a line on the inside that allows you to measure the appropriate amount of hot water due to the edge processing that can be achieved because of the base material.
▶Three color variations that can only be achieved with this raw material and this manufacturing method
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/ba67fdb29611163d4f76.jpg
A delicate “clear gray” created by the reaction between the iron contained in the soil and the transparent glaze. "Matte black" with roughness. Three colors of “clay beige” are used using a technique called “Tajimijime” that is baked at high temperature.
The inside of each is made of a material that makes the most of the taste of the soil.

What is “Tajimijime”?

▶“Tajimi-jime” firing method that achieves durability of commercial tableware
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/minocamo-chaho/7b1c70d0b61b1e7c98fc.jpeg
"Tajimijime" is the pride of Maruasa Pottery, which is a technique of "reduction firing" that fires at a high temperature of 1,300 degrees when there is not enough oxygen in the kiln. On the other hand, tableware for home use, which is generally sold at grocery stores, is made by oxidizing firing. Dirt resistance and strength are very different.
Reduction firing is costly and time-consuming, but it is the method that Maruasa Porcelain uses because it aims to be the world's number one OEM that can meet any request.
▶ Soil selected for “Tajimijime”
This time, we used high-quality clay that was selected to take advantage of the benefits of reduction firing. Furthermore, Tajimi-jime can only be realized if there is a technique to shape this clay so that it is dense and has no looseness.
[Chapter] is a product that combines carefully selected clay, molding techniques by Maruasa pottery craftsmen, and Tajimijime. There are almost no manufacturers in Japan today who can make hot water cups with this durability without applying glaze to the inside while retaining the texture of the base material.
This video introduces the manufacturing process.

Color variations
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
▶ Clear gray
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/81f7ef5b6706eef74340.jpg
Colors unique to this product that can only be created by combining this clay and transparent glaze. The contrast between the porcelain-like luster on the outside and the base material on the inside is attractive.
▶Matte black
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/554b7bf75e82bf2ebc55.jpg
A subdued color tone with less luster and a touch that leaves the texture of the base material.
▶ Clay beige
https://p1-e6eeae93.imageflux.jp/c!/f=webp:auto,a=2,w=924,h=660,b=ffffff00/minocamo-chaho/298bc9043f71be2d979d.jpg
An existence that embodies "Tajimi-jime", which is a whole circle inside and out. The more you use it, the more you can enjoy the surface aging.

【Notes】
*Due to the characteristics of pottery, there may be small spots or scratches on the surface, color shading, uneven glaze thickness, or slight rattling or distortion. Also, this product is not airtight.
*Please be aware that there may be individual differences before placing your order.
* Clay beige is a color that allows you to enjoy the texture of the unglazed base. When baking at high temperature, the iron in the material reacts, and colors such as black and orange may appear here and there. Items with a large appearance range are excluded by inspection, but if you are concerned, please let us know. We will consider exchange correspondence as much as possible.
▼ Please check the following for specific notes.
①Regarding faint printing of the logo
Due to the method of printing the logo on the soil, a white ◯-shaped blur may appear in the logo.

② [Clay Beige] Regarding the phenomenon of soil that looks like scratches
When the soil is baked at a high temperature, the soil may collide with each other and cause dents and bulges as shown in the photo. Not defective or damaged
https://img.enjine-network.com/_stores/58c3f43e1059a937034dee2f3736e1a9.jpg
③ [Clay beige] Color change
The chemical reaction that occurs when the soil is baked at high temperatures may cause color changes (mainly black, orange, and white) as shown in the photo. Not defective or dirty
https://img.enjine-network.com/_stores/2cbfa423bd3d908c0e5d99c37c9ca253.jpg
https://img.enjine-network.com/_stores/fe93705e39811e50de7494203ec333a7.jpg
④Individual differences in [matte black] and [clear gray] glaze
Because the glaze is applied to the very limit of the line that does not cover the inside of the lid and the main body, depending on the combination of the main body and the lid, it may look like there is a gap. The glaze process is all done by hand. Please note that the degree of glaze is not uniform for all products due to individual differences.
https://img.enjine-network.com/_stores/3c8ac14f47e737852cd8d331a4a2dc50.jpg
⑤ Sealability
This product is not airtight. Please understand and acknowledge that you can not use it like a storage container to seal it, just because you can put a lid on the main body of hot water only. In order to achieve this shape with pottery, there is some play (room for movement). However, the lid has a shape that meshes with the main body, so even if it is not airtight, you can stack it without any gaps if you cover it with the center aligned.
⑥ About carrying when boiling water is poured
Unlike double-walled glasses, this product can get very cold or hot depending on the temperature of the drink you put inside. Please think about the temperature change in the same way as a normal ceramic hot water only. Please be careful when carrying it as it will be very hot when freshly boiled hot water is poured into it. There is a line on the inside of the main unit that allows you to measure the amount of hot water that is just right for one cup. It is recommended that you pour hot water using the line as a guide, and hold the upper part of the line when carrying it.

"Sencha" blended with the theme of "tea that can be brewed at any temperature from 0 to 100 degrees Celsius". This is Minokamo Chaho's classic product that you should try first if you are unsure.
Slowly brewing at a low temperature brings out a refreshing sweetness, and brewing with hot water brings out the youthful and refreshing aroma of tea leaves.
A deep taste with a rich umami and sharp astringency.
We hope you will enjoy the expression of Japanese tea that changes depending on the temperature.

“Wakocha” is black tea made using only domestic tea leaves. Compared to foreign black tea, it is characterized by a gentle taste with less astringency.
Minokamo Chaho offers three varieties of Japanese black tea grown in Higashi-Shirakawa village: ``Benifuuki'' for black tea, ``Yabukita'', a representative variety of Japanese tea, and ``Koushun'', a variety with a gorgeous aroma. blended to create a refreshing sweetness and gorgeous scent.
You can enjoy it with milk or sugar, but Minokamo Chaho's Japanese black tea is particularly easy to drink with little astringency, so we would like you to first taste the tea leaves straight.
