【Instructions for Aerial Yoga Course】
1. Who is not suitable for aerial yoga?
Pregnant women, sudden dizziness or vertigo, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent head injury or illness, arthritis, after recent surgery, high or low blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, heart disease, Spondylolisthesis and other symptoms.
2. It is not allowed to wear any jewelry and sharp objects to enter and attend class during the class. If the equipment is damaged, compensation shall be made according to the price.
3. One hour before class, you need to have an empty stomach or have enough time to digest food. It is recommended not to drink too much water during the class.
4. If you need to cancel or change the experience time, please inform us three days in advance.
