WHY WE MADE THIS While contemplating future new products, during a leisurely afternoon of window shopping, we passed by a dazzling array of optical shops... We recalled seeing fully handcrafted metal design frames during our time living abroad many years ago. However, they weren't very practical for Asia's hot and humid climate. After much discussion, if we used plastic frames to reduce the metal surface area, we could significantly decrease the parts prone to oxidation and overheating. It seemed feasible! After two months of exploration and research, we finally produced our first batch of silver-adorned eyewear. We believe that those who shop on Pinkoi also seek uniqueness. Moving forward, we will remain committed to designing and crafting each pair by hand.
