1. Bouquet Information: 1) Bouquet dimensions (including packaging) are approximately: 25cm width * 30cm length (manual measurement, slight errors may occur). Longer stems are intentionally left for you to trim according to your vase at home. If this is a gift, please leave a note in the remarks section: "Gift Bouquet," and we will trim it to a gift-ready length. 2) Comes with a gift bag/ sachet of flower food. All bouquets are shipped with simple packaging. 3) The base of the stems is wrapped with a Japanese brand floral jelly to prevent water leakage during shipping and enhance freshness. After receiving the bouquet, rinse off the jelly with clean water before placing it in a vase. 2. Shipping Methods: A. Home delivery via Black Cat (cold chain): 1) Estimated delivery time: Please specify your desired delivery time in the remarks section (recommended delivery days: Tuesday-Friday). We will ship the day before your desired delivery date (e.g., if you need it by Thursday, we will ship on Wednesday). Delivery is typically next-day. 2) Please avoid choosing delivery during or the day before national holidays, as high delivery volumes often cause delays. B. Self-pickup available in our studio located in Beitun District, Taichung City. 3. Important Notes: 1) The types of flowers used in the bouquet are selected by our floral artist based on market availability and are arranged freely. The photos are for reference only; the actual product will not be identical. If a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with similar materials while maintaining the overall style and color palette (primarily pink). Customization is not possible for this item. Please do not place an order if you are concerned about this. 2) The stems will be wrapped in a water bag to maintain freshness. For self-pickup in Taichung City, please contact the designer for the location. 3) Studio Holidays: Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays are our regular days off.
