The fabric used is repurposed from sample garments (new clothing) that were slated for disposal. Customer provides measurements and discusses with the designer (custom design options available at an additional cost) → 2. Designer begins production upon order confirmation and payment → 3. Designer's production time is 7-14 days → 4. Once completed, the item is mailed to the customer's specified address; local delivery takes approximately 2-4 days → 5. After receiving your item, please share a photo with the designer and leave a review with a photo. If the product has severe stains or damage, please first send photos to the designer for assessment. Refunds will only be processed in cases of designer error. For damages incurred during shipping, we can assist in contacting the logistics provider, but we cannot offer refunds for product loss. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item (including weekends), calculated from the day after receipt.
