【2026 Culinary Social】 Season Two "Bloom and Feast": Weaving senses to create new spaces for living.
April's Gift: Warm Sun・Amber Kitchen x Homemade Plum Wine Experience | A Golden Ritual to Capture Spring
April marks the richness nurtured by the Grain Rain and the season when sunlight begins to gently kiss the earth. Following the serene white of January, the rosy flutter of February, and the verdant sprouts of March, [Culinary Social] welcomes "Warm Sun・Amber Kitchen" in April. We invite you to set aside the bustle of daily life for an afternoon and join us in preserving this season's limited, amber warmth.
🥃 About This "Time and Amber" Flavor Experiment
Since 2022, we've shared four seasons of brewing together. Looking back at the past four years, we've explored the chemical reactions between six base spirits—Rice Wine Spirit, Sake, Kaoliang Liquor, White Rum, Rum, and Gin—and plums. Do you still remember which base spirit surprised you the most? Was it the mellow warmth of Sake, or the sweet depth of Rum?
This year, we've gathered the essence of four years of brewing to share with you the subtle techniques that make plum wine even more delightful. We've carefully selected local Taiwanese green plums and prepared all the necessary ingredients (1000ml glass jar, sake, rock sugar, etc.) for you, allowing you to craft your own jar of plum wine in a relaxed social atmosphere.
✨ Why is This a "No Compromise" Aesthetic of Living?
1. A Five-Sense Tasting Experience: We will open tastings of over six different plum wines, aged with various base spirits. Through comparative tasting, you can discover the plum wine that best suits your personality.
2. Warm Sun Aesthetics・Amber Dress Code: Please wear elements of "yellow" or "amber." As sunlight streams through the transparent glass jar, mingling with the golden plums, you will become the brightest scenery in this temporal experiment.
3. Professional Technique Transmission: This is more than just filling a jar. We will delve into how to handle the plums, the art of proportioning, and the philosophy of aging with different spirits. We are sharing not just spirits, but also aspirations for a beautiful life.

💬 Frequently Asked Questions Q&A
Q: Can people who don't usually drink alcohol participate in this homemade plum wine activity? A: Absolutely! The charm of plum wine lies in the "brewing" process and the anticipation for the future. You can come with a happy heart to experience the healing power of handmade crafts and personally seal a jar of spring's fragrance. This creation, taken home, will not only be a piece of home decor but also a sincere surprise to treat your family and friends in the future. Even if you don't drink, the joy of "sharing" this is priceless.
Q: What if I can't attend after registering? A: This spring sentiment will not go to waste. Since the event requires pre-ordering organic green plums from local farmers and preparing materials like glass jars and sake, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling if you are unable to attend. We provide two thoughtful options:
1. Pass on the Joy: You can transfer this valuable spot to a friend who also loves handmade crafts, allowing them to continue this golden anticipation.
2. Proxy Brewing: If you cannot find a replacement, a partner at the event will brew the plum wine on your behalf. Once it's sealed, you can arrange a time to pick up your jar of plum wine.
