This is a blown glass vase.
There is a series of works called "Ruru" that I have been making for some time.
It involves adding a few small colored glass pieces to milky white glass,
then wrapping it with clear glass to create a pattern.
For this piece, number 14, I took the small pieces cut off when making the Ruru plates,
arranged them like a patchwork into a single sheet, and then formed it into a cylindrical shape.
Small bubbles are already present in the original pieces.
(See the 3rd photo)
In the 4th photo, I have placed a medium-sized rose inside.
*Not made with heat-resistant glass.
