Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery fees or floor fees, which should be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A fee of $200 applies for designated holiday deliveries, and $700 for designated date deliveries. These fees are to be paid on-site to the delivery personnel. § In cases of force majeure such as weather conditions, terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to determine whether delivery is possible. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not make last-minute changes. A fee of $1000 will be charged for unapproved changes to the installation date. If personnel have already departed, a $3000 fee will be charged for a wasted trip to change the installation time.
