100% Wool Corduroy Skirt

This marks the second year of our brand's undyed wool collection, a testament to the quiet dedication and accumulated craftsmanship in our process, encompassing both knit and woven fabrics. For the 24Resort collection, we've achieved a breakthrough by creating corduroy fabric entirely from 100% wool, a feat that presented significant challenges. This involved meticulously weaving the base fabric from both weft and warp yarns, ensuring the pile was also pure wool. Each step, from adjusting and maintaining fabric tension to the hand-cutting of the pile to create fine corduroy ridges, demanded unwavering precision and tested the artisan's spirit. Our local, final shearing factory has only three master craftsmen capable of performing the differential shearing by hand, highlighting the precarious future of this traditional technique. Crafted from naturally undyed wool in deep coffee and milky coffee hues, this color-blocked half-skirt offers versatile wear, front or back.
