The design was inspired by ancient Rome, so that it would blend in with European cityscapes. The dial has a stylish design based on gray tartan check. The letters are also easy to read, making it a practical watch. The case, belt, dial, buckle, etc. are original designs, and everything except the movement and hands is handmade. The case is cast using the lost wax technique to create its shape, and the surface is smoked to create an antique look. The belt is made of gray Italian cowhide. We use Italian cowhide that has a very antique finish on the surface. We also incorporated an accessory element by using thread of the opposite color to the belt to emphasize the stitching.
