However, these types of totem ancient beads are often found on ancient beads from Central and West Asia (Myanmar, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.).
Features include crackle lines, soil-induced cracks, internal weathering... signs of being buried in the earth.

When I acquired these ancient beads in 2019 from a dealer in Northern Taiwan,
high-quality pieces were priced as high as NT$2,000 per bead.
