How to cancel a course:
* If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
* 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
* Cancellations will not be accepted within 3 days to the day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
* During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
* It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before departure, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
* If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
* Date changes are not accepted within 3 days to the day of departure.
