1. Course payment:
Website payment: credit card, ATM payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Line Pay, Jiekou Pay, Youyou Pay.
Shipping method: Home delivery (this is a setting that cannot be changed by the system)
2. Course registration:
After registering for the course, please be sure to add the Emily Q. Emily Q. LINE official account and send a message: Make an appointment for class with "class work number + date + name + phone number" so as to provide the phone number of your instructor for easy contact on the day of the course.
*After registration and payment, if due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund the full fee (if the event cannot be processed due to factors caused by the organizer after payment, the paid fee will be fully refunded).
3. Course description of the day:
This course is a fixed-time experience, so please be sure to arrive on time (in order to protect the rights of other students taking classes at the same time, those who are late for more than 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have given up). For the course on that day, since the handmade teacher materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or extensions will be accepted on the day of class. Those who do not show up will be deemed to have given up.
4. Rescheduling rules:
If you want to reschedule after the payment is completed, you must contact customer service via LINE at least 10 days before the start date. Each course can be rescheduled only once. Only rescheduling of the original course within 2 months will be accepted. You must proactively inform the course of the course. If not informed, it will be ignored. Same as abstaining.
5.Cancellation/refund rules:
*Students who apply through LINE customer service 10 days before the start date of the physical course (not including the start date) can cancel for free and receive a full refund.
*Students who apply for cancellation at LINE customer service 9 to 8 days before the start date of the physical course (excluding the start date) will receive a refund of 50% of the full fee.
*The registration deadline is 7 days before the course (excluding the start date), and no refund will be given if the course is canceled.
*The refund method is credit card refund, and the refund process takes about 10 to 14 working days.
*It is recommended that the original registrant transfer the place if he is unable to come. After the transfer, please contact us with the name and phone number of the transferor to facilitate participation confirmation (if the transfer is not notified to the organizer, the transferor will not be accepted to experience the course).
6. Instructions for students:
Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate in the event. Since the intermediate level courses involving hand tool operations (including sharp objects) are relatively difficult, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to experience this course.
7. Work design:
The course pictures are for reference only, and are subject to the DIY materials prepared on site. Everyone can create related creations according to their own style, so the finished product will also appear differently.
8. Course instructions:
The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
