● Choose your design → Our artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding you through the intricacies of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving for English letters, numbers, and patterns (specific designs may not be available for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Ring Sizing Method: Use a piece of thread (like sewing thread) to gently wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters using a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. Ring size adjustments can be made at the store after the item is completed.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn during showers. The rate of oxidation varies depending on individual body chemistry (acidity/alkalinity). Oxidized silver jewelry can be restored to its original silver-white luster and is easy to maintain by cleaning with toothpaste, silver polish, or a polishing cloth.

• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver chains in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Accessories]
★ For oxidized or darkened silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly to restore shine.
Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
Use the silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the luster of your silver jewelry, making it look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance and can be used to wipe the metal surface.
★ Silver Polish Solution
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver polish solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use the silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the luster of your silver jewelry, making it look like new.
**Important:** Do not immerse vintage black or oxidized jewelry in silver polish solution, as it will remove the black finish and restore it to plain silver.

**Workshops start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed workshop date. No refunds will be issued if notification is given on the day of the workshop or if you do not show up. Options include transferring to another product or workshop purchase.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are also accepted (subject to available materials in stock). Upgrades to higher-priced styles are possible with additional payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure everyone's rights are respected.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable defects due to personal operation errors, a new set of materials can be purchased.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. You can take your finished piece with you on the same day.
**★ Currently, due to the pandemic, face masks are required for entry.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government safety advisories, and a new date will be arranged.
