● Select your design → Our artisans will provide on-site instruction, guiding you through the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving, which can be done with English letters, numbers, and specific patterns (certain designs are not eligible for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Size Measurement Method: Use a cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters using a ruler. Then, consult the size chart.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our staff. We can adjust the ring size at the store after completion.

**Workshops can be arranged for a single participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to your confirmed workshop date. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded but can be transferred to credit for other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. You may also exchange your choice for a different style of the same price (subject to available materials in stock).
Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a price difference. However, exchanges for lower-priced items are not refundable.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials during the workshop. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If the finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Completed pieces can be taken home the same day.
**★ Currently, face masks are required for entry due to health regulations.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety instructions provided by the artisan regarding equipment usage. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after a warning will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons on your scheduled workshop day, based on personal safety considerations, classes will be postponed according to government advisories and rescheduled for a later date.
