Use a neutral detergent for washing. After washing, wipe dry and then unfold to air dry in a cool, ventilated area. 【Precautions】 - Avoid sun exposure or placing in high-temperature environments to prevent shortening the lifespan or causing deformation. - Small air bubbles or indentations may occur during the foaming process; this is normal and not a defect. - New products may have a slight odor when smelled up close. It is recommended to place them in a cool, ventilated area, and the odor will naturally dissipate. - While we strive to represent product colors accurately, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Taiwan Region 1. Home Delivery (Hsinchu Logistics): For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (no Sunday deliveries). You can add a preferred delivery date and time slot in your order notes, and we will relay this to the logistics company. Delivery is subject to the actual delivery schedule of the carrier; nighttime delivery and carrying items to upper floors are not provided. Please be mindful of delivery times and watch for calls from the driver to avoid missing your delivery. 2. Home Delivery (Post Office): For special circumstances such as outlying islands or locations with specific shipping fees (e.g., mountain areas, schools), items will be sent via postal mail without prior notice. 3.
