▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and available seating.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
