▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming the engraving content.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-headed invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the workshop is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
