1. After placing your order, the system will send an "Electronic Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you have selected a laser engraving style, please specify your desired text in the [Message to Designer] section.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store representative from your chosen workshop location contacts you to finalize the date and check availability.
4. As materials must be prepared, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company tax ID on your invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the [Message to Designer] section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
