**◈ What the Designer Says**
**The green of malachite is hailed as the most vibrant and intense green.**
The designer has meticulously selected **top-grade malachite**, expertly crafting large, round beads (20-28mm). The gemstones boast true, rich colors with beautiful **banded** patterns, exhibiting **double eye patterns** that symbolize **wisdom, righteousness, and warding off misfortune**.
The main pendant is intricately designed with cloisonné enamel featuring the **Six-Syllable Mantra (wisdom), a butterfly (fortune), a white crystal vajra (dispelling afflictions), lapis lazuli (solemn righteousness), and pearls (noble spirituality)**. This piece is grand, beautiful, and exudes an extraordinary aura, a **once-in-a-millennium, collectible dream piece**.
**This is a unique piece, awaiting its destined owner of great wisdom and prosperous success ^^**
**Malachite**
Malachite has appeared in human history very early on. Ancient Romans believed in its divine power and dedicated it to Juno, the goddess whose totem was the peacock, hence its name.
The green of malachite is considered the most vibrant and intense green, uniquely featuring variegated bands of light and dark colors, making it exceptionally elegant and striking.
Malachite is a healing gemstone that can help purify and activate the body's chakras, particularly the heart and throat chakras.
Since ancient times, malachite's energy has protected people, bringing good fortune and averting disaster, leading to business success, and promoting love, peace, and stability.
**Eye Patterns**
Natural gemstone patterns can be categorized into naturally formed (formed by different mineral inclusions within the natural gemstone, revealed after polishing) and artificially created (drawn or fired). They are named after their resemblance to shapes like mountains, waves, clouds, dragons, vases, lotuses, tiger stripes, teeth patterns, eye patterns, lines, etc. Each is unique and considered a "blessing from heaven."
Therefore, gemstones with "eye patterns" are like "eyes from heaven" or "celestial eyes (the third eye of spirituality)," capable of "inspiring wisdom and dispelling evil." They are also referred to as "Dzi beads."
**White Crystal**
White crystal is best when it is clear and transparent, formed over millions of years under high temperature and pressure.
Legend has it that Hercules, the bravest hero in Greek mythology, always wielded a shining white crystal shield in every battle. The shield illuminated the heavens and earth with brilliant splendor, filling Hercules with the heroic aura of a victorious king, and he was crowned King of Courage by Zeus.
Thus, white crystal is known as the king of crystals, symbolizing strength, courage, wisdom, and purification.
**Vajra Bell and Vajra**
The vajra bell was originally a Tibetan percussion instrument. Because it could inspire diligence in sentient beings and awaken the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, it later became a ritual implement in Tibetan Buddhism, representing the wisdom and virtue of the Buddha.
The vajra was originally a weapon in ancient India. Its sturdy nature allowed it to break through various substances, symbolizing the dispelling of afflictions, the shattering of ignorance and delusion, and the overcoming of external obstacles.
**Cloisonné (Chasing-wire Enamel, Blue Firing)**
Cloisonné, scientifically known as copper-chased enamel, originated in the ancient Near East. As early as the 19th century BC, ancient Egyptian pharaohs used it to create necklaces, often in conjunction with gemstone inlay. The Eastern Roman Empire later developed this craft to a very high level. It was introduced to China during the Yuan Dynasty and reached its peak of brilliance during the Jingtai period of the Ming Dynasty, hence its name "Jingtai Blue."
Exquisite cloisonné products have lustrous and bright colors, a thick and solid base, neat and uniform wire chasing, and brilliant gold plating. They embody the warmth of jade, the radiance of jewels, and the delicacy of porcelain. Therefore, the cloisonné craft is intricate and costly.
**The Six-Syllable Mantra**
The Six-Syllable Mantra (Om Mani Padme Hum) originates from Sanskrit and consists of six Tibetan syllables: Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ. It is the most common mantra in Buddhism.
Each syllable of Om Mani Padme Hum carries a different meaning:
"Om" is the combination of the sounds A, U, and Ma, symbolizing our body, speech, and mind. Among these, the mind is paramount. When the mind is controlled by afflictions, one is called a "samsaric being." One who counteracts and severs afflictions is called "liberated." The meanings of A, U, and Ma are: when the mind is controlled by afflictions, one is called a "samsaric being"; if one can sever afflictions from the mind, one is called "liberated." At this point, if supported by bodhicitta, one is called a "noble Bodhisattva."
Transforming impure body, speech, and mind into pure body, speech, and mind through the path of practice is the meaning of "Mani" and "Padme." "Mani" refers to bodhicitta, and "Padme" refers to the correct view of emptiness and dependent origination.
"Hum" signifies the union of these two, where wisdom is supported by skillful means, and skillful means are supported by wisdom.
In essence, by practicing both bodhicitta and the view of emptiness, one can ultimately transform impure body, speech, and mind into the body, speech, and mind of a Buddha. Hence, it is said: "Om Mani Padme Hum."

**Lapis Lazuli**
Ancient texts record that Chinese people have records of using lapis lazuli as early as five thousand years ago, and Egyptians even earlier, around eight thousand years ago. Emperors of successive Chinese dynasties used lapis lazuli to worship heaven, as its blue color resembled the sky, and people believed it was a gemstone that could connect with heaven. Egyptians believed it could communicate with another world and used it accordingly.
The finest quality lapis lazuli in the world is produced in Afghanistan. Afghan lapis lazuli has a regal and dominant color, known for its imperial blue beauty.
When selecting lapis lazuli, it is best to choose pieces with a natural distribution of blue, white (calcite), and gold (pyrite). As lapis lazuli forms on the earth's surface and has many pores, it should not be exposed to water for extended periods. It is recommended to maintain it with mineral oil regularly.
**Pearl**
The English word "pearl" originates from the Latin "Pemnla," meaning "child of the sea." Throughout history, in both Eastern and Western cultures, pearls have symbolized health, purity, and nobility and are the birthstone for June.
Pearls, amber, and coral are the three major organic gemstones in the world, with pearls being hailed as the king of organic gemstones.
Pearls are produced by mollusks and are primarily composed of calcium carbonate. They have low hardness and are soluble in acids and alkalis. Therefore, pearls should not come into prolonged contact with coarse fabrics or hard objects, and should be kept away from cosmetics, perfumes, dyes, and any chemicals. They should also not be maintained with oil.
Pearls exhibit a rich and varied range of colors, from warm tones of yellow, gold, orange, pink, and creamy white, to cool tones of green, blue, indigo, purple, and gray.
Pearls can form naturally or be cultured. Currently, 99% of pearls on the market are cultured.
Natural pearl-producing regions include the Persian Gulf and India, as well as freshwater pearls from Tennessee, USA.
Cultured pearls benefit from mature Japanese technology, producing the highest quality. Other regions include China, Tahiti, Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, and other South Seas areas.
Cultured pearls can be divided into four types:
1. Full-bead cultured - Beads are generally round. (Perfectly round natural pearls are extremely rare.)
2. Seedling pearl - A bead nucleus is attached to the shell, allowing the pearl to grow around it.
3. Mabe pearl - Pronounced "Mabe Shinju" in Japanese, these are half-spherical, also known as "bun pearls" or "half-round pearls."
4. Nucleus-free cultured - Freshwater cultured pearls, without a nucleus, are used for making pearl powder.

**◈ About Use and Care**
1. Natural gemstones possess natural luster and unique textures (tiny black spots, stone lines, ice cracks, cloudy inclusions, mineral deficiencies, asymmetry, and other natural details). By wearing them frequently, you can observe subtle color changes in the natural gemstones, which often become more translucent and captivating, serving as the best form of maintenance.
Natural organic gemstones (such as coral and amber) have low hardness and are sensitive to acids and alkalis. When soiled, avoid washing with detergents. Simply rinse with clean water and wipe with a soft cloth. You can also use a soft brush dipped in a small amount of mineral oil (such as baby oil) for gentle polishing and care.
2. Metal jewelry has a long lifespan, but avoid external damage or strong acids and alkalis that can cause fading.
3. Fabric materials (ribbons, cotton, gauze) are soft and comfortable to the touch and have a long lifespan, but avoid high temperatures, external damage, or strong acids and alkalis that can cause fading.
4. For jewelry of any material, when soiled, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with clean water as appropriate, or use a suitable amount of neutral detergent for suitable materials. After washing, dry promptly.
5. When jewelry is removed, it should be properly packaged and stored to minimize air exposure and slow down oxidation and discoloration. Avoid stacking or pressing.
