Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal within the acceptable range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with different usage habits, it develops personal scratches and marks, darkens, and gains a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches due to varying inventory and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day cooling-off period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **[Customized Item]**.
