Do not order if you cannot accept these terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This shop exclusively uses imported Italian/European vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to perfectly machine-made items, but it possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches or due to storage time. Even on the same piece of leather, the color absorption can differ across various parts due to texture variations. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to subsequent ones. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
