Do not order if you cannot accept the terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses imported Italian/European vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-produced items, but it possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches, deepen in color, and gain a sheen, gradually showcasing a unique look. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between batches and with different storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **[customization]**. Please specify your custom requests such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font" when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is **"customized"**, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/craftsmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" can seem risky, so if you have specific requirements, it is safer to purchase from a physical store.
