If measurements are inaccurate due to non-compliance with this recommendation, the studio is not responsible. ・Due to the need for close contact during the measurement process, **please complete your daily hygiene routine before the service** and ensure your body and clothing are clean and dry. **Please avoid strenuous exercise and strong fragrances before your measurement** to maintain a comfortable service environment for both parties. 【Measurement Usage Instructions】 ・The measurements provided by this service are a record of your body shape at the time of measurement. ・Human body measurements can change over time due to weight fluctuations, lifestyle habits, or other factors. It is recommended to update your data periodically to ensure accuracy. 【Applicable Scope】 This service is primarily used for: ✔ Daily clothing size reference ✔ Basic custom clothing needs ✔ Personal body data establishment 【Non-Applicable Items】 This service is not applicable for highly specialized or unique garment measurements, including but not limited to: ・Qipao (Cheongsam) ・Wedding gowns ・Formal dresses ・Stage costumes ・Specially constructed garments ・Clothing requiring extensive custom measurement points For such requirements, it is strongly recommended to seek measurements from the actual production unit. **If you still require Atelier Llewellyn to measure based on a third-party specified measurement chart or need additional measurement items, please provide the measurement chart and relevant diagrams when booking and before placing your order for assessment. A separate quote will be provided for special individual cases based on actual needs.** 【Custom Order Usage Instructions】 If you later order custom clothing from Atelier Llewellyn, your current measurement record can be utilized as needed. If the time interval since your last measurement exceeds one year, a new measurement will be required to ensure a perfect fit. 【Responsibility for Use Elsewhere】 Measurement standards and ease settings may vary across different brands and production methods. Therefore, we cannot guarantee fitting results for custom orders made elsewhere. Atelier Llewellyn is not responsible for any size discrepancies that may occur when measurements taken in our studio are used for production by other entities. 【Appointment and Cancellation Policy】 1. Once your appointment time is confirmed and your order is completed, your slot is secured, and Atelier Llewellyn will arrange its work schedule accordingly. **Once a slot is secured, rescheduling, transferring the appointment, or converting it to another service type is not permitted.** 2. Please confirm before booking that you are available for the entire duration of your chosen appointment (morning/afternoon); **if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, please do not make a booking.** 3. If you need to cancel your appointment due to personal reasons, please submit your cancellation request **within 7 days prior to your appointment date (inclusive)**. A fee of **20% of the service cost will be charged as an administrative processing fee**, and the remaining balance will be refunded. The collection of the administrative fee **is independent of the reason for cancellation or how early it is made**. 4. Cancellations made **within 7 days prior to your appointment date (excluding the 7th day)**, or no-shows on the appointment day, **will be considered a forfeiture of the appointment, and no refund will be issued**. 5. Personal reasons include, but are not limited to, the following situations: schedule conflicts, last-minute work arrangements, feeling unwell, forgetting to use discounts/points/store credit, not paying attention to appointment times and service details, operational errors, change of mind, etc. **The cancellation and refund policy for this service applies to all the above situations.**
