Customizing existing designs with gemstones: Original piece price + NT$800 to NT$4000 or more (some will be provided with sketch drafts for reference, design drafts are not included). Silver jewelry: NT$6,500 - NT$40,000 per piece (gemstones not included). K gold jewelry: Starting from NT$20,000, requires discussion and quotation. "Black and White Design Drafts" Option A: NT$2,100 per design. Includes two rounds of minor adjustments. Each adjustment after the second round will incur a fee of NT$700. A major revision costs NT$2,100. *This option is suitable for those who provide reference images of desired styles. If the designer provides more than one design draft, the unselected designs remain the designer's property. Option B: NT$4,200 for a selection of 2-3 designs. After choosing one, you receive two rounds of minor adjustments. Each adjustment after the second round will incur a fee of NT$1,400. A major revision costs NT$2,100. *Option B is suitable for those without specific ideas. * A reduction of NT$1,400 will be applied to the final piece if you proceed with creating the jewelry with me. * An additional NT$1,400 for an enhanced black and white draft. * An additional NT$3,500 for an enhanced black and white draft with a color illustration. (A postcard will be gifted upon completion of the jewelry.) !! The copyright of the paid design drafts remains with the designer and cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission !! * Once the design draft is confirmed, no further adjustments can be made. If adjustments are absolutely necessary, additional fees will apply. Please communicate all your ideas during the discussion phase. If the designer provides a 3D model or wax carving preview during production and only offers minor adjustments, any adjustment time exceeding the labor cost will incur additional charges. "Exclusive Customization Process" Ordering with or without provided gemstones: 1. Initial discussion regarding the desired shape, gemstones, materials, and estimated price. 2. Gemstone selection. 3. Payment for the design draft fee. 4. Confirmation of the design draft and full payment, followed by scheduling the production time. Ordering with your own gemstones: 1. Measure the length, width, and height of your gemstone and provide front, side, and back photos to the designer. 2. Initial discussion regarding the desired shape and materials, and estimated price. 3. Ship the gemstone to the designer for an assessment of setting risks. If the risk is deemed too high, the gemstone will be returned, with the customer responsible for all shipping costs. If you are concerned about shipping, please arrange to deliver the gemstone in person at an exhibition or by appointment with the designer. 4. Payment for the design draft fee. 5. Confirmation of the design draft. 6. Full payment and scheduling of production time. Production Time: 3-10 weeks, excluding public holidays and natural disasters. Actual time may vary. If you need the piece by a specific date, please discuss it with the designer in advance. Thank you. Budget: Please state your budget constraints, and the designer will recommend the most suitable options. This is a customized product and is not subject to the seven-day 猶豫期 (猶豫期) stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law. Please confirm your needs before placing an order. If you have any questions, please discuss them with the designer first. "Provide Your Own Gemstones Service" Setting fees do not include compensation for damage. The cost of compensation for breakage is not proportional to the fees charged by the stone setter. Therefore, without insurance coverage for 30% of the actual gemstone value, compensation for damage cannot be claimed. If insurance is required, please inform us of your insurance needs before completing the full payment. The designer will assess the gemstone's appearance and characteristics to determine the fee. Payment signifies agreement. Actual received: The amount that actually goes into the stone setter's pocket after deducting discounts and platform fees. "Select Your Own Beloved Gemstones Service" We do not offer gemstone sourcing services on Pinkoi. If you cannot find a gemstone you like in the designer's collection, please purchase it yourself and then place a custom order with the designer. Please provide the desired gemstone type, color, shape, and an estimated budget for the additional gemstone cost (in hundreds/thousands). Customizing with different gemstones will incur a fee for modifying the jewelry structure (excluding additional costs for the gemstones themselves). If you are unsure about colors, you can search online for similar shades or color charts, and the designer will help you find suitable gemstones. If you choose a gemstone from the designer's personal collection, after viewing the provided video or photos, you must complete the payment within 3 days or an agreed-upon period to reserve the gemstone. Gemstones selected from the designer's collection will be accompanied by videos taken in natural light. In unfavorable weather, indoor lighting will be used. The designer is not a gemstone dealer; these are personal collections. We cannot provide photos and videos of all gemstones. If you do not have a specific preferred gemstone color or shape, please browse online for gemstones you like or arrange an appointment to view gemstones at a market event 💎. "Important Notice ⚠️" 1. Sourcing gemstones and filming videos require significant time. Customers who disappear after communication or fail to provide a definitive answer will forfeit their right to custom orders in the future. Please respect your rights and do not let the designer's efforts go in vain 🥲. 2. Responsibility for the product extends until shipment is complete. During shipping, any damage or loss will be borne by the logistics company. Pinkoi's 7-11 shipping offers a maximum compensation of NT$20,000, and FamilyMart offers a maximum of NT$10,000. For shipments exceeding NT$20,000, please choose postal service for paid insurance.
