Custom-made items are exempt from the seven-day appreciation period, and therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For physical product mock-ups, a draft will be provided for your review and approval within 1-3 days. 6. Upon your confirmation, we will arrange for printing and production, which typically takes 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer; please refer to the specific product description for estimated timelines. We will inform you of the expected shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives earlier, we will ship it out promptly.
