DETAILS: This is a vintage Coco Joe's brown tiki, made in Hawaii circa 1970s. This tiki still has its original sticker, and is the God of Eternal Hope (Kanaloa). Gorgeous craftsmanship. Measuring 8" tall, and 2.25" across at the base.
In the early 1970s, America was swept up in a tiki culture craze based on a loose grasp of Polynesian, Maori, and Pacific Island culture. It expanded into many areas of life, including bar and restaurant design, home décor, party decor, music, film, and television and more.
