However, due to variations in bone density and physique, the amount of cremains will differ for each pet. • Cremains + some bones / full skeleton: There is currently limited data for accurately estimating the size and length of the remains; additionally, the urns at Moonset.B have limited capacity. It is recommended to confirm the actual amount and dimensions after the final farewell before deciding on the urn size. Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of cremains? The safest approach is to first ask the pet funeral service if they can provide a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the cremains or the dimensions of the remains before selecting a size, and then transfer them once received. (**Special Reminder:** For pets weighing over 20 kg who are slender, the amount of cremains might be more than expected. In approximately 10% of cases, slender pets result in "light weight, heavy cremains." In such situations, it is recommended to choose one size larger for safety.) Q3: What if I find the cremains or bones don't fit after receiving the urn? • Reason 1: Sometimes, due to the pet being slender, the proportion of bones is heavier, leading to a fitting issue. • Reason 2: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the urn, and keep it in a dry place. • You can also have a portion of the cremains made into other jewelry or keepsakes. **(Due to hygiene and customization considerations, all sales are final and non-refundable. How long can the string lights stay on? What is their lifespan? These lights consume power for about ten hours and do not get hot when continuously on. However, as they are consumable electronic items, continuous use can easily cause the bulbs to burn out. Humid environments and pulling on the wires can also shorten their lifespan. Q2. What if the lights break? Can you send me a new one? Damaged items received within 7 days will be replaced. However, due to the original design where the switch is fixed by hand, replacement is difficult. A. For the standing lamp style, each base and light have different rotation angles, so direct replacement may not be possible. You may need to find another spot to place it yourself. B. For string lights, customers will need to re-wrap them, and the switch can be placed behind the glass enclosure of the artwork. Q3. What are customer feedback responses?
