!To maintain course quality and protect your rights, please read the following important notices carefully. By purchasing and placing an order, you agree to the course regulations below!
| Pandemic Prevention Measures |
1. In response to pandemic prevention needs, instructors have completed screening and are confirmed to be safe before commencing classes. Temperature checks and alcohol disinfection equipment are provided for participants to ensure their safety.
2. If the pandemic escalates after registration, registered students who wish to change their class date or cancel their course may contact the organizer to arrange related matters.
3. Upon entry, please cooperate with hand disinfection using alcohol spray and have your forehead temperature measured. Those with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted to enter the classroom. Masks must be worn throughout the class.
4. No beverages will be provided in the classroom. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
| Refund Policy |
3. In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the experience content.
4. If you wish to reschedule (only once) or request a refund up to 5 days (inclusive) before the class date, a 20% service fee will be deducted.
5. If you cannot attend within the rescheduled dates within 2 months, you may opt for a refund.
6. Classes will commence with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or refund before the class begins.

7. Participation is limited to the registered individual. If parents wish to participate with their children, an additional seating fee of NT$200 will apply.
8. For environmental purposes, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
9. After purchasing a course, you are welcome to contact customer service, and a dedicated representative will assist you in scheduling your class as soon as possible.
10. Photos and videos will be taken during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on the Inner Forest social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff on-site.
