・February 1, 2026 (Sunday) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants for class to proceed: 6)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, gift packaging bag, complimentary self-serve black or green tea

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has proceeded before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not checked out will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered guests are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or provide a full refund.
・Photos and videos of the workshop may be taken by the organizer as needed and will be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media after the event. The organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
