Each tag is meticulously finished with polished edges and a smooth, refined surface. The back is also specially treated for a flat finish. Every tag comes with an imported elastic cord, pre-attached and ready to use. ☑ This item includes your choice of either "Single-Sided Custom Hot Stamping" or "Laser Engraving." ➟ Please specify your preferred "Font," "Engraving Content," and "Color" when ordering. ☑ Hot Stamping Specifications ➟ Font Styles: Minimalist Modern (Style 1) & Classic Vintage Cursive (Style 2) (Letters, numbers, and symbols are fixed in size and cannot be altered.) ➟ Character Limit: Up to 12 characters within the leather area. (Exceeding the character limit, double lines, or double-sided stamping require an additional purchase.) ➟ Numbers: 0123456789 ➟ Symbols: ,:;-'1@#$%&()+-*1?♥♡ • Maximum repetitions per line: 3 uppercase letters, 5 lowercase letters, 5 numbers, 1 symbol, 2 hearts. • If no preference is noted, the "Minimalist Modern" font (Style 1) will be used by default. ☑ Laser Engraving Specifications This is the only option for Chinese characters. The engraving will appear in black (color cannot be chosen). ➟ Font Styles: Rounded (Style 1) & Handwritten (Style 2) • Rounded (Style 1) accommodates most fonts. • Handwritten (Style 2) may encounter issues with certain special characters; please confirm with the designer beforehand. • If no specific preference is noted, the "Rounded" font (Style 1) will be used by default. • If not specified otherwise, the designer's configuration will be used. ☺ ◾️ Special Notes Gold eyelets are the default. Matte silver hot stamping will default to silver eyelets. Chinese characters or other languages can only be laser engraved. Please select the laser engraving option when ordering. Laser engraving appears in black (color cannot be chosen). Lighter colored leather is recommended for better visibility. Laser engraving results are less noticeable on jet black and Tanggula Tibetan Blue leather. Choose these if you prefer a subtle look. The default font is Style 1. Style 2 may encounter issues with certain special characters and will automatically be changed to Style 1. Please note in your order or confirm with the designer if you wish to make changes. Natural leather may have slight color variations between batches. As a natural material, it may bear marks from the cow's life, such as minor scratches, creases, or unique textures, which are all normal characteristics. Just as no person is perfect, neither is a cow. The handmade process may leave subtle traces and minor differences, contributing to the unique warmth and character of handcrafted items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you are sensitive to such details. To maintain the leather and hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause the leather to fade and the hardware's protective plating to degrade. Color variations are unavoidable due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and computer or mobile device displays. All products are subject to the actual item. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items, such as hot-stamped text, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and paper towel, then let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. When not in use for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust. Then, apply a thin layer of leather conditioner to the surface.
