- Materials are provided for one person; two or more people cannot share the creation process.
- No-shows on the day of the workshop are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Rescheduling is possible, but refunds will not be issued.
- Cancellations made 4 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- If you need to transfer your spot, please provide the recipient's name and email address.
- In the event of a class suspension announced by the Kaohsiung City Government, we will proactively contact you to reschedule.
