**About Washi vs. PET Tape**
1/ PET tape may have a slight grainy texture, while washi tape has less.
2/ The unprinted areas of PET tape are transparent, making it easy to cut out designs and more forgiving for collage beginners. Washi tape is opaque.
3/ PET tape with white ink is less prone to show through compared to washi tape.
4/ PET tape offers some water resistance, while washi tape is not waterproof.
5/ The overall effect of PET tape with a "special oil" finish is brighter, while washi tape with the same finish has a more layered feel.
