**[Choosing Your Photo Guide]**
✧ For a flowing texture, we recommend photos where the fur or body area is proportionally larger.
✧ The workshop includes pre-session sketch and composition. Please send a reference photo for discussion beforehand!

With two floors of high ceilings and large windows, our bright and comfortable space is perfect for a creative escape.
We offer a variety of art activities, welcoming family, friends, and children to enjoy the fun of painting together!
Workshop Description
Notes
✧ Our studio operates by appointment only. Please book at least one day in advance to confirm your slot.
✧ Please arrive on time on the day of your activity. No-shows will be considered a forfeiture of the fee without refund or notification. Late arrivals will have their session conclude at the original scheduled end time.
✧ For custom photos/portraits and pet paintings, please provide reference photos or images at least 3 days in advance for preparation.
✧ Please depart promptly at the end of your painting session to ensure the rights of other participants. We reserve the right to manage session times.
✧ Exceeding the allotted painting time will be charged at $800/hr. Additional hours do not include extra canvas or materials.
✧ Unless specified as a collaborative activity, shared painting is not permitted. Companions are welcome for $100/person, with seating prioritized for active participants.
✧ To maintain a pleasant artistic environment, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the studio. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any self-provided party cakes.
✧ To ensure the quality of our activities, please adhere to all event guidelines.
✧ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, Piler will proactively notify and arrange for rescheduling.
**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**
**※ A transaction fee of $50 will be deducted for all transactions ※**
✧ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
✧ Cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before the activity will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
✧ Cancellations made 3 days (inclusive) or less before the activity are non-refundable. One rescheduling opportunity will be provided, and the new session must be completed within 1 month.
