【Time Slots & Capacity】
■ Available slots on Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
■ Limited slots are released on weekends; please book early for weekend appointments.
■ This workshop is approximately 1 hour and you can complete your creation on the same day.
■ No tools are required; all will be provided by the studio for on-site use.
■ Small class size, with a maximum of 1-2 people per time slot.
■ Corporate groups are welcome for off-site workshops; we are happy to plan a course for you.

【Refund Policy】
▶ Small class sizes and one-on-one instruction ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
▶ Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to the event (excluding the event day).
▶ 50% refund for cancellations made 5 days prior to the event (excluding the event day).
▶ Cancellations made 4 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) are not accepted for cancellation or refund.
▶ No refunds will be issued for participants who terminate their participation due to personal reasons during the event.
▶ In case of force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify course content and will proactively notify participants via Pinkoi messages.
▶ Only ticket holders are permitted to participate; unregistered guests may not accompany or participate.
▶ We respect the time of all scheduled guests; admission begins 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
▶ To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please do not be late. Entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late, and no refund will be issued.
▶ Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
