To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, <please understand the following before ordering>: • About Custom Orders: All items in this shop are **"made-to-order"** custom services, handcrafted after receiving your order. • Return and Exchange Policy: In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, this category of product **does not apply to the 7-day appreciation period (hesitation period)**. Once an order is placed, cancellations or returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, color not exactly as pictured, not as imagined, etc.) cannot be accepted. • 【Important】Receiving and Defect Clarification: To protect the rights and interests of both parties, **please be sure to record the entire unboxing process** when receiving your order. If the glass is damaged during shipping, please contact the designer on the day of receipt with a "complete unboxing video," and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or repair. Without video evidence, it is difficult to clarify responsibility for damage. • Uniqueness of Handmade Products: Stained glass is a purely handmade product. Each piece is unique due to variations in glass cutting, natural textures, air bubbles, and color distribution. • Craftsmanship Description: The works are created through manual cutting and soldering. Minor imperfections in soldering, air bubbles, or natural processing marks are normal characteristics of the craft. Those seeking machine-perfect finishes should consider this carefully before ordering. • Material Care Instructions: The main materials are tin and glass. Tin naturally oxidizes with environment and time; please avoid direct sunlight. If oxidation occurs, gently wipe with a silver polishing cloth or an eyeglass cloth to restore shine. • Color Change Requests: If you wish to customize the glass color, please be sure to contact the designer for confirmation before purchasing. • Usage Safety Reminder: Glass products are fragile. Please avoid impact or dropping to ensure structural integrity and safe use.
