WOHO continuously searches for the best material and components, and we spend a lot of our time sourcing and using these to continuously improve our products. Xtouring bags are made with a variety of heavy-duty double coated fabrics, using materials optimized for bikepacking, including:
> Body Fabrics - Double WP coated nylon / 840 denier anti-wear nylon / TPU
coated belt
> Rip-stop yarn - Provides additional strength against wear and tear.
> TPU/PU waterproof - Double layered waterproof and rip-stop coating to stand robust uses. With long lasting water/dirt repellent coating, mud or water won’t accumulate on bags. We use taped seams for added weather-proofing with handlebar bag and saddle bag as same level as Arc'teryx.
> Lightweight nylon base - Specialized compound durable yet lightweight base material.
> Aluminum hooks for durability, quality and feel combined with high strength. Other materials include Duraflex buckles/clips and TPU belts to stand extreme weather, from chilling cold to burning hot.
> 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective materials printing were used on the sides to ensure safety while riding in dark.
