Things to note⚠️:
1. In order to prevent Cement dust from falling off during use, the outer layer of the product is coated with transparent paint. Due to the relationship between the pores of the Cement itself and the molecular structure of the paint, it cannot be 100% guaranteed to be waterproof.
2. The Cement material is fragile, please handle it with care. Dropping or impact may cause the product to break.
3. The products are produced after receiving the order. It takes time to dry the Cement and paint, so please be patient. (The weather will also affect the drying time)
4. The paint surface is hand-painted, so each product will be different.
5. The products are purely handmade. Each product can maintain its unique appearance and characteristics. Only those who accept it will place an order. Since the Cement is in a different molding state each time, there will be slight differences from the photos.
6. Bubbles cannot be 100% eliminated during the grouting process. It is normal to have bubbles after forming. (In fact, bubbles can better highlight the beauty of Cement)
7. When the product is grouted into the mold, the grouting surface will sink slightly as the water evaporates during the drying process. Therefore, it is difficult to make the grouting surface as smooth or flat as the molding surface. Place an order if the grouting surface is acceptable (usually the grouting surface will be selected as much as possible). At the bottom of the product or the area is small or there is no styling part)
8. In order to avoid scratching the table and prevent slipping, anti-slip pads will be added to the bottom of the products.
9. Some product LOGOs are carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with the text you want.
10. For incense or ashtray products, it is normal for traces of products to remain after use. Please be careful about burning.
11. Customized products do not require separate mold opening fees, so our store reserves the right to resell the products.
