Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, veg-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from the tanning, shipping, or crafting process are also considered normal unless they damage the leather surface. In respect for living creatures and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While not as perfectly uniform as machine-made products, the result has a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own unique patina, showing scratches and deepening in color, revealing a personalized look. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color Variations /** Firstly, screen displays can have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, color batches can vary due to different production runs or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between consecutive orders; please refer to the actual product for accuracy. **/ Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is **custom-made to order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each item is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. Consequently, we cannot change the stitching or re-emboss text after production. Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized items" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
