Unlike smooth PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique marks and patterns from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches incurred during processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. With respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to these marks. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock times and arrival dates. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in your order notes. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is **"customized,"** it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for an appreciation period and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as items being too loose/tight, leather/workmanship being too coarse, color inaccuracies, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
