Jewelry plating utilizes both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing an order. Most of the studio's products are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop site. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow for waiting time. If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to inquire about availability or their capacity to create it for you. Items processed by the factory require a longer timeframe. Items processed by the factory include: Wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (a separate purchase is required for items under NT$2000). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will come with a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased will be packaged with minimal waste (items that include a box will still have one). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer.
